    • How: Use a planner or phone reminders to manage your schedule. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. 

  • Professional Attire 

    • How: Follow your department’s dress code. Ask your supervisor if you’re unsure about expectations.

    • How: Be polite and positive in conversations. Listen without interrupting. Use inclusive language and be mindful of body language (eye contact, open posture).
